DELIVERY POLICY

 -  The delivery time of the products is informed during the purchase procedure, calculated in business days from the issuance of the Invoice. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm. and Saturday from 9am-12pm;

- Delivery of product via stairs or difficult access, the product must be checked on the ground floor by the person responsible for collection and the relevant documentation must be assigned by the delivery person (only discuss whether the product is in agreement, without variation, correct model, etc. ).

- Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made to the specified location, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between one delivery and another. It is essential that, at the requested address, there is a person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years of age and carrying an identification document to receive the merchandise and apply the delivery protocol. If there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned to the distribution center. On-site UPS;
